AFRICA'S FIRST FEMALE PROFESSOR

Prof. Josephine Nambooze is the first female professor in Africa.


The 90 year old Ugandan is also the first female doctor in East Africa, first woman to head Uganda's Public Health Institute and the first female student at Makerere University Medical School.
